McWay Waterfall Big Sur

I traveled down to Big Sur yesterday to try and photograph the Cala Lilies at Garrapata State Beach but I think I was a week or two too late as a lot looked past their bloom. So, I decided to head south and check out the McWay Waterfall at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. Once the sun set, we really had a nice show for about 10 minutes. I also ran into and old friend Don Smith who was running a workshop in Big Sur this week.

I'd like to try this one again soon, maybe after a good rain!
